Master classicist Eric Chalamet of the Cadre Noir of Samur, France, gave another clinic at CDI in April 2007. Chalamet represents The Cadre Noire in competitions at the FEI level. His responsibilities for the National Ecole d’Equitation are to oversee and instruct young professionals from France and all over Europe. Chalamet offers a precise method of classical training, specializing in exercises for the development and engagement of hind quarters and lightness of the forehand. Emphasis is on riders seat and subtle use of the aids.
